A full remodel makes sense when most of the bathroom needs updating. Instead of fixing one thing at a time, we plan and build everything together, which usually saves time and money.
Typical Smyrna projects
- Ranch homes from the 1970s and 1980s with small bathrooms, tub-shower combos and dated tile
- 1990s and 2000s homes with builder-grade finishes ready for an upgrade
- Newer homes where owners want to customize the primary bath
What's included
- Demolition and haul-away
- Plumbing and electrical updates
- New shower and/or tub with waterproofing
- Tile floors and walls
- Vanity, countertop, sink and faucet
- Lighting, ventilation, paint and trim
Making small bathrooms work
Many Smyrna ranch homes have compact bathrooms. Floating vanities, recessed niches, glass shower panels and good lighting can make a small room feel much bigger.
Spending smart on a full remodel
A full remodel doesn't have to mean premium everything. In Smyrna homes, we often recommend putting money into the parts that matter most for longevity, like waterproofing, a quality shower valve and a solid vanity, while choosing affordable, durable tile and fixtures elsewhere. That gives you a bathroom that looks great and lasts without overspending. We'll walk you through options at different price points so you can make informed choices.
Remodeling your only bathroom
Many Smyrna ranch homes have just one or one and a half bathrooms. If you're remodeling the only full bath, we'll plan the work to keep the toilet usable as much as possible and talk through your options for showering during the project.
